Originally from Hampton Roads, Meredyth has lived throughout Virginia and has proudly called the Richmond area home for the past ten years. She recently transitioned into real estate after a successful career in the construction industry, bringing a unique and highly valuable perspective to her clients.

 

For over a decade, Meredyth worked at a design-build firm where she guided homeowners through every phase of the custom home construction process. Specializing in the luxury market, she played an integral role in the construction of more than 100 custom homes, along with multifamily and commercial projects. Her deep understanding of construction, design, and project management allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and advocate effectively for her clients.

Now in real estate, Meredyth is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping clients navigate one of life’s most exciting milestones with confidence and ease. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, antiquing, and traveling. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, Meredyth’s goal is to make every buying or selling experience seamless, informed, and positive!
